The first phase of the project includes 27 600 sqm of unconventional offices featuring industrial architecture elements.The buildings of the old Tractorul Platform factory were restored and transformed between 2012 - 2016, offering what are now class A standard facilities to the 12 partners who have their offices here.
Sustenabilitate:
We have acted in a sustainable way by restoring the buildings in development phase I, saving over 10 000 m3 of construction materials, such as concrete and brick by keeping the existing industrial structures.Moreover, 20 000 m3 of residual materials resulted from demolitions were reused and the four buildings of this phase obtained a "Very good" BREEAM certification.

The third development phase of the project includes the H1 building, completed in March 2019.Accenture, our partner, has decided to expand its offices here in Coresi Business Campus becoming ones of the first tenants of this new building alongside Xperi FotoNation.

Development of phase 4 of the project will start in the summer of 2019 and will involve the development of two buildings – U1 și H2.The buildings will feature a modern design, 4 floors P+4F and facilities according to class A standard.
The first developed building will be U1 with a total rentable surface of 9 350 sqm.
