Immochan Romania și Ascenta Management au primit premiul “Tranzacția Anului” la Gala Forbes Best Office Buildings 2018

On Monday, February 26, 2018, at the Intercontinental Hotel - Sala Fortuna, the fourth edition of the Forbes Best Office Buildings Gala took place, an event in which the most important actors in the office segment were awarded: developers, investors, owners, banks, rental companies.

Companiile Immochan Romania și Ascenta Management au primit premiul “Tranzacția Anului” pentru achiziția, respectiv vânzarea Coresi Business Park, realizată în iulie 2017, la o valoare ce depășește 50 milioane de euro.

The evening started with a discussion panel moderated by the editor-in-chief of Forbes Romania magazine, Ionuț Bonoiu, in which the speakers were Tatian Diaconu - CEO of Immochan Romania, Stephen Richard Burke - Construction Director at Forte Partners and Raul Doicescu - the owner of the company Bogart.
